In this study, rice was cultivated under eight nutrient conditions including all the single and combined starvations of N, P and K, the physiological and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) based transcriptomic responses were investigated in order to understand interactions between these macronutrients in both roots and shoots of rice seedlings.
