Distinct types of VHHs in Alpaca

We conducted a comprehensive analysis of NGS sequences derived from the PBMCs of 22 alpacas, aiming to enhance our understanding of the various types of VHHs within the immune repertoire, as well as their sequence, structure, and functional relationships. Our findings promise to be instrumental in the discovery and engineering of VHHs, the design of synthetic libraries, and the development of novel therapeutics.
