Supplementary data and reproducible R workflow - The Quota Paradox: Quantifying disparities between EU fleets' contributions to sustainable blue growth and access to fishing opportunities

This record contains the R Markdown workflow files used for the Atlantic mackerel (Scomber scombrus; MAC) sub-analysis supporting the MSc thesis “The Quota Paradox: Quantifying disparities between EU fleets’ contributions to sustainable blue growth and access to fishing opportunities”. The uploaded files support data extraction and filtering, missing-data assessment, data standardisation, Blue Fishing Index (BFI) construction, and production of the MAC analytical results. A README file included describes each file and its role in the MAC sub-analysis.
