Chromosome-level genome assembly of Decorus tungting, an endemic cyprinid from China

This dataset contains functional annotation results for the predicted protein-coding genes of thgenome, including KEGG pathway annotation, GO annotation, Pfam domain assignments, UniProt/Swiss-Prot annotation.
