Plain weave composite is a strong and long-lasting type of fabric composite. which is stable enough when being handled. Plain weave composites with open-hole have been widely used due to their application in industry. Drilling notches not only reduces the structural performance of these materials but also makes the design process more complex. An extensive number of material and geometry parameters have been generally utilized for designing composites containing notches, thereby an efficient computational tool is essential for that purpose. 8960 Finite Element (FE) simulations were carried out inside the ABAQUS software through employing python macro code to provide a data-rich framework for material characterization of the plain-weave composite structures. The Dataset contains the material and geometrical changes along with the maximum tensile stress. Also, we have included the top two stacked ML models for performing a prediction of the dataset which can be used by engineers to optimize the designing process.
