Closed Conveyance ComponentsPipe: A circular closed pipe that is designed to convey stormwater either by gravity or pressurized flow that is connected to a connect feature on one or both ends of the pipe.Culvert: A Closed Conveyance that drains open channels, Swales, or Ditches for the purpose of passing under a roadway, embankment or other structure. Culverts are not connected to a structure on one or both ends.
