Supplementary Dataset for "Extending Process Mining for Value Stream Mapping"

This dataset accompanies the paper "Extending Process Mining for Value Stream Mapping". It contains the synthetic toy truck production value stream event log (VSEL) and the intermediate artifacts generated throughout the proposed five-step value stream map discovery procedure. The dataset is intended to support the reproducibility of the presented approach and to illustrate how value stream maps can be automatically derived from event data using the proposed extensions to object-centric process mining. The provided artifacts correspond to the example application described in the paper and document each transformation step from the initial value stream event log to the resulting value stream map.
