These are the Cell Painting images from Plate 1. There are three channels: - DAPI (DNA/Nuclei) - GFP (ER) - RFP (Actin) There are two genotypes of cells (NF1+/+ and NF1-/-) that are split between columns 6 and 7, respectively. Included in this dataset is the plate map file that contains all the metadata for this project.
