Matlab script for manipulation of host by parasite

Matlab script for the model to explore under what conditions the two strategies of host manipulation allow trophically-transmitted parasites to persist in predator-prey systems: decreasing predation chance early in the development of the parasite, or increasing predation chance to increase the transmission rate of the parasites.
