Developing limb cells are heterogeneous. We used single cell RNA sequencing to compare a wildtype limb to two different Grem1 tetradactyl mutants at E10.75 and found differences in populations. Limbs were chopped from E10.75 mouse embryos. Cells were dissociated and used to prepare libraries
