We used transposon insertion sequencing (Tn-Seq) to identify the genes that are required for in vitro growth and intramacrophage growth of the live vaccine strain of F. tularensis (LVS). Overall design: Illumina sequencing was used to identify the location of transposon insertions by sequencing transposon-genomic DNA junctions. Included are 3 samples from transposon libraries grown on solid media, 1 sample from the transposon library grown in liquid media, and one sample from the transposon library after 24 hours of growth in murine-macrophage-like cells
