RNA-seq data of 293T cells trasfected with long non-coding RNA Lnc#61 or vehicle pcDNA3.1, and then infected or non-infected with the H5N1 avian influenza virus CK10 strain

Lnc#61 is a Long non-coding RNA that inhibits the replication of H5N1 subtype of influenza A virus However, the mechanism of role of Lnc#61 against highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAIV) H5N1 subtype in mammalian cells is largely unknown. By functional analysis, we want to investigate host factors involved in Lnc#61's antiviral activity in infected or non-infected 293T cells Overall design: Cell samples were collected 24h after CK10 infection, a total of three biological samples were analyzied, each of them had triplication.The samples are named 011-1-1, 011-1-2, 011-1-3, C1-1-1, C1-1-2, C1-1-3, wei011-1, wei011-2, wei011-3, weiC1, weiC2, weiC3, repectively. As for the sample name, 011-1means transfected with Lnc#61 and then infected with CK10, C1-1 means transfected with pcDNA3.1 and then infected with CK10, while wei011 means transfected with Lnc#61 but non-infection, weiC1 means transfected with pcDNA3.1 but non-infection.
