OmniRx 2026 Drug Interaction, Patient-Assistance, and Formulary Coverage Cross-Reference

Pre-computed aggregates merging three first-party OmniRx datasets: 53 drug interactions (severity-graded per DailyMed, FDA labeling, and peer-reviewed pharmacology via PubMed), 55 patient assistance programs (compiled from published manufacturer, nonprofit, and federal program terms), and 50 insurer formulary / drug-coverage records (summarized from publicly disclosed insurer formularies). Includes severity distributions, PAP income-eligibility distributions, formulary tier-system counts, and an interaction-to-coverage cross-tabulation, all reproducible from data.json. FTC and GAO pharmacy-benefit-manager (PBM) reports are cited only as background policy context; this dataset contains no spread-pricing or markup figures.
