Transcriptomic profile of human kidney epithelial cells - derived from cysts of ADPKD donors

We utilized primary cyst cultures derived from human ADPKD donors transfected with RGLS4326 to demonstrate the human translational potential of RGLS4326. Results show that RGLS4326 treatment globally de-repressed mRNAs of predicted miR-17 target genes in primary human ADPDK cyst cells.
