Allodiplogaster sudhausi genome

To study the evolution of plasticity associated candidate genes from the nematode model organism Pristionchus pacificus, we sequenced the genome of the remotely related nematode Allodiplogaster sudhausi. P. pacificus and A. sudhausi are both members of the diplogastrid family, but phylogenomic data in this family is so far mostly restricted to the genus Pristionchus. The new data will improve results from previous sequencing efforts (Sieriebriennikov et al. 2018, Casasa et al. 2021) and will be helpful for many future phylogenetic analyses.
