The data repository includes simulation parameters and results for the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) channel decoding applied to short block-lengths in Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channels. This research utilizes a Random Linear Codebook (RLC) in a Coded Modulation (CM) design at the encoder. Extensive simulations were conducted using IBM Quantum Lab and the ibmq_qasm_simulator back-end provided by IBM Quantum, simulating quantum circuits on classical hardware. A total of 532000 QAOA circuits were simulated, varying coding rate R = k /n, message length k, QAOA layer depth p, and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The README.pdf file summarizes the theoretical model used in the simulations and provides a detailed description of the repository's contents. The gamma_matrix.csv and beta_matrix.csv files contain optimized angle parameters for the QAOA decoder circuits. Results, including cost values and bit error rates for specific problem instances, are found in the QAOA_data.csv and ML_data.csv files.
