This dataset contains the full results of the isothermal dose–response cellular thermal shift assay (ITDR-CETSA) performed on Plasmodium falciparum–infected erythrocytes treated with the antimalarial candidate SC83288. The data include all detected parasite and host proteins, quality-control information, curve-fitting metrics, thermal shift parameters, and processed dose–response data used to identify proteins showing significant SC83288-induced changes in thermal stability.The ITDR-CETSA experiment was performed on trophozoite-stage P. falciparum (25 ± 3 hpi) exposed to increasing concentrations of SC83288 (7.7 pM to 3.0 µM) for 1 h. Protein thermostability was assessed at four temperatures (37 °C control; 50 °C; 55 °C; 60 °C).
