Integrated Immune Cell Atlas

This dataset represents the integrated immune cell atlas analyzed in the scHDeepInsight study. It contains over 460,000 immune cells collected from publicly available datasets generated using multiple sequencing platforms, including various versions of the 10x Genomics platform and Smart-seq. Batch effects across datasets were corrected using STACAS, resulting in a harmonized reference comprising 15 major immune cell types and 50 annotated subtypes. This reference provides a standardized framework for immune cell annotation and downstream analyses across heterogeneous single-cell datasets.
