Data from: Combined exposure to elevated temperature and deposited sediment reveals contrasted early life responses among Southernmost arctic charr populations

This experiment aimed at investigating the interactive effects of warmer temperatures and fine sediment exposure on early life traits in wild populations of arctic charr (Salvelinus alpinus). This dataset contains a single .txt file. Each row is an individual used in a common garden experiment, for which are indicated:
- temperature treatment;
- sediment treatment;
- population of origin;
- family identity;
- plate number;
- egg size as measured at the beginning of the experiment;
- survival at hatching (1: alive, 0: dead);
- incubation duration in days and ADD;
- length measured at hatching;
- yolk sac volume measured at hatching (with 'L' and 'H' columns the two metrics used for yolk volume calculation, see Material & Methods section).
