The well is constructed of wood with stones that form a brick-like support for the base. The water bucket is attached to the well by a rope using a pulley for leverage. An unidentified wooden apparatus (about the size of a dresser) with a large wheel mounted on the front, stands next to the building. The roof of the building has both shingle-style and Spanish-style tiles and exposed rafter tails.
