mRNA-seq analysis of C. elegans splicing factor mutants. Caenorhabditis elegans

This project is to reveal splice variant expression genome wide in splicing factor mutants. Poly(A)+ RNAs from synchronized L1 larvae were purified and sequenced. For some of the strains isolated in a forward genetic screening, the RNA-seq analysis will identify candidate genes mutated in the mutagenesis process.
