In the cisplatin (CP)-induced AKI model group, the mice were administered CP and DXZ. Overall design: In the cisplatin (CP)-induced AKI model group, the mice (6-8-week male C57BL/6J mice) were administered CP (20 mg/kg) via the tail vein. DXZ (40 mg/kg) was administered via the tail vein 30 minutes prior to and every 24 hours after CP injection for 3 days. RNA-Seq detected different expression gene that were differentially expressed in the two groups.
