Spatial Transcriptomics data (Visium 10X) of midbrain tissue in control subject

The repository includes Spatial Transcriptomic dataset generated by Visium 10X analysis of the midbrain from a Control subject. The raw and processed counts and metadata are provided as an R Seurat object (ST_visium_Abaurre_v1.rds). The tissue sample was taken from a control without the neurological or neuropathological disease from the Sydney Brain Bank. The study was approved by the University of Sydney Human Research Ethics Committee (2021/845).
