Comparison of global gene expression in homeostatic and regenerating endothelium of the adult mouse aorta

We report the global transcript levels in an endothelial-enriched cell fraction from homeostatic and regenerating mouse aorta. These data provide insight into the molecular regulation of endothelial lining regenerating inside a large artery.
