RNA-seq analysis of H2 producing Vibrio tritonius cells. Vibrio tritonius

Vibrio tritonius is an H2 producing marine vibrio. However, the gene expression pattern in H2 production depend on pH have never been studied. To understand the global gene regulation of Vibrio tritonius cells, RNA-seq analyses were performed. Bacterial cells were cultured with 6 kinds of media; glucose-grown at pH 5.5, 6.0, and 7.5; mannitol-grown at pH 5.5, 6.0, and 7.5. RNA was extracted with Trizol and RNA-easy kits.
