Python Code and Supporting Outputs for Reconstructing Indo-Pacific Reef Heat-Stress Recurrence from Coral Sr/Ca Records

This repository contains the custom Python code and supporting outputs for the study “Coral records reveal compressed recurrence of Indo-Pacific reef heat stress.” It includes scripts, figures, tables, diagnostic files, and related results used to process coral Sr/Ca records, reconstruct reef heat-stress metrics, perform validation and extreme-value analyses, and support the findings reported in the manuscript and Supporting Information.
