The correlation of ribonucleotide reductase M2 (RRM2) immunoreactivity in 103 cancer tissue cores with clinicopathological variables in the cervical cancer patients.

Semiquantitative H score of RRM2 immunoreactivity was calculated by multiplying the proportional score of stained cells and their immunoreactivity intensity. The median value of all H scores of tumor cells in the 103 cervical cancer cores was determined as the cutoff point for separating RRM2 positive tissue cores from RRM2 negative tissue cores.
