Raw RNA-Sequencing Data for: Single cell transcriptional evolution of myeloid leukaemia of Down syndrome

This repository contains the data manifest and access instructions for the raw RNA-sequencing data supporting the manuscript: "Single cell transcriptional evolution of myeloid leukaemia of Down syndrome". Data Availability & Managed Access: We are committed to Open Science and ensuring our data is readily accessible to the scientific community for reproduction and future discovery. Because this dataset contains sensitive human transcriptomic data, it is shared under a Managed Access model to safeguard participant privacy in accordance with institutional and ethical guidelines. The raw data (FASTQ files) are fully available to researchers and are safely hosted on a secure, C5-certified managed infrastructure. Contents of this Deposit: README.md: A straightforward Data Access Guide detailing the quick step-by-step process for requesting the raw data, including contact information for the Data Access Committee. data_manifest.csv: A complete inventory of the available files, including file sizes and MD5 checksums to guarantee data integrity once transferred. How to Access the Data: Data access is openly granted to qualified researchers for academic and non-commercial purposes. To receive a secure download link, we simply require a brief request and the execution of a standard Data Protection Agreement (DPA) between institutions to ensure privacy standards are maintained.
