Data supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "Integration of health informatics: ‘big data’ for clinical translation in inflammatory bowel disease". The data is a supplementary information. This supplementary data predominantly consists of computational script that enable the reproducibility of genomic data processing, and the generation of machine learning models discussed throughout the thesis.
