Data underlying the publication: Vein fate determined by flow-based but time-delayed integration of network architecture

The dataset contains code and raw data used in the publication “Vein fate determined by flow-based but time-delayed integration of network architecture”. The provided code allows the measurement of flow fields as well as vein diameters from microscopy images in the zoomed setting. For the full network images, the flowfield is calculated numerically from the peristaltic contractions of the vein walls. The data provided includes movies of the microscopy data used to measure flow fields and the full network images.<br> Additionally, analysis code is provided to make the fits between the model and data as well as a routine to extract the time delay between shear and diameter signal.
