Candidate genes in canine hepatocellular carcinoma for molecular targeted agent. Canis lupus familiaris

We performed RNA-seq on canine liver tissue histopathologically diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma and on normal canine liver. We compared the RNA-seq results of normal liver and hepatocellular carcinoma to evaluate the expression status of target genes of molecular targeted drugs in canine hepatocellular carcinoma.
