Effect of artemisinin on the expression of lung cancer related genes in mice with lung cancer

In order to study the mechanism of artemisinin in the treatment of lung cancer, we established a mouse model of lung cancer, treated it with artemisinin by gavage. Then, we analyzed the gene expression profile of the data obtained from the RNA sequences of the lung tissues of mice in the model group and the artemisinin treated group. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for lung cancer mice (MF1, MF2, and MF3) and artemisinin treated mice (GF1, GF2, and GF3).
