This project evaluates all annotator outputs against the gold standard to create the evaluation tables present in the supplementary materials of our publication. The SQLite database data/output.db contains all annotator outputs, the gold standard, and the evaluation results. Recreate the evaluation tables (and inspect the exact methodology) by running the main function in src/main.py. Please refer to the README.md file.
