RNA-seq of rubber-cultured cells supplemented with 2 kinds of chemicals and in vitro gennomic DNA binding assay and sequencing using 4 kinds of recombinant proteins.

We add DMSO or MeJA to rubber cells which were generated from petioles of H. brasiliensis RRIM 600. The treated samples were harvested at 4 h, 24 h and 5d after the addition. Total RNA extracted from samples were sequenced. gDB-seq (in vitro genomic DNA binding sequencing) identifies genome-wide physical binding sites of 4 recombinant transcription factors, Hb_bHLH1, Hb_bHLH2, Hb_bHLH3 (MYC2-1) and Hb_bHLH4 (MYC2-2).
