Gene expression profile at single cell level of fixed SST expressing neurons from P5 mouse neocortex

SST expressing neurons are the most diverse cell type in the mouse cortex. We use scRNAseq on fixed tissue to validate the cell type differences described in live cells scRNAseq. Cortical SST expressing neurons were dissociated and isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence of endogenous GFP reporter and analyzed using scRNAseq.
