Holothuria scabra isolate:Jaeger 1833 Genome sequencing and assembly

We aimed to obtain the first high quality Holothuria scabra (Jaeger, 1833) genome assembly together with gene annotation data generated in this work. It will provide a valuable resource for further research on molecular biology, bioactivator exploration, breading, germplasm diversity and evolutionary research of sea cucumbers.
