As a result of the planning project, the taxonomic structure of microbiomes of halophilic green microalgae of the classes Chlorophyceae (Dunaliella, Asteromonas), Chlorodendrophyceae (Tetraselmis) isolated in pure culture from hypersaline water bodies of the Orenburg region and other regions of Russia will be determined. The contribution of the host taxonomic characteristics (class, genus, species), localization of the habitat, and cultivation conditions (growth stage of the algal culture, salinity) into the structure of the microalgae microbiome will be established.
