This record contains the curated, timestamp-aligned observational dataset and reproducible analysis materials supporting the manuscript “A calibrated multichannel spectral sensing framework for temporal PPFD and DLI verification under constant and sinusoidal plant-factory lighting”. The dataset was collected in a plant-factory lighting setup using paired measurements from an embedded AS7265x-based multichannel spectral sensing node and a LI-COR LI-180 reference instrument. It comprises 3,600 paired observations collected over 25 complete 24-h daily cycles at 10-min intervals. Thirteen cycles were collected under constant lighting and 12 cycles under sinusoidal lighting. Seventeen cycles were assigned to development and eight cycles were held out for independent cycle-level evaluation. The analysis materials support reproduction of the manuscript results, including development-only dark-offset correction, construction of an empirical photon-weighted index from the primary 410–680-nm channels, affine PPFD calibration, frozen-model application to held-out cycles, held-out instantaneous PPFD agreement analysis, complete-cycle DLI reconstruction, spectral-shape stability analysis, and 705-nm channel sensitivity analysis. The repository includes the aligned observational dataset, canonical analysis workbook, Google Colaboratory-compatible analysis notebook, manuscript-facing figures, data dictionary, file manifest, checksums, and documentation. Legacy derived fields, where present in source files, were retained for provenance but were not used as model inputs in the canonical workflow. The reproducible workflow recomputes preprocessing, calibration, PPFD estimates, DLI values, and statistical summaries from the aligned channel responses and reference PPFD. This dataset supports configuration-specific evaluation of temporal PPFD and DLI verification under the tested plant-factory lighting conditions. It should not be interpreted as an externally validated, cross-device, cross-fixture, or universal PPFD calibration dataset.
