Transcriptome sequencing of cotton fiber from -1 to 28 DPA (Gossypium Hirsutum TM-1)

Gossypium hirsutum acc. TM-1 was grown at the Jinming Campus of Henan University, China, during 2019 and 2020. Samples were collected at 24-hour intervals from -1 to 28 DPA, with two biological replicates per time point. Total RNA was extracted using the RNAprep Pure Plant Kit. RNA-seq libraries were constructed according to the Illumina dUTP-Stranded mRNA-seq protocol. High-throughput sequencing was performed on the Illumina Novaseq platform with a 150-bp paired-end strategy at Beijing BerryGenomics Co., Ltd.
