<b>Open Field test. </b>Male mice 3 months old were used for this experiment. The test was carried out in a squared arena (30 cm side) with transparent walls (20 cm) and white floor. The illumination was set at ~100 lux. The mice were placed in the center of the arena and allowed to explore it freely for 5 min. The activity was tracked automatically by Noldus EthoVision XT 8 system.
