Gene expression analysis of mouse amygdala-related subnuclei

This is the subnuclear-targeting gene expression profiling data of eight amygdala-related subnuclei and striatum from Prkcd-cre; Ai14 mouse brains. Microtissues for total RNA extraction were collected using punching needle from cryosectioned mouse brains. For whole transcriptome analysis, sequencing libraries were prepared from total RNA. 75-bp Paired-end sequencing was performed by Illumina Miseq.
