To identify the key genes participating in the regulation of mast cell activation, we profiled the expression patterns of mRNAs associated with PPAR ? agonist,pioglitazone (PIO), treatment in RBL-2H3 cells. Overall design: RBL-2H3 cells were treated without or with PIO (10uM) for 6 h. Then,transcriptome sequencing was performed to compare the gene expression profiling between the two groups.
