YOLOv5_FPC-Extracted Four-Panel-Cartoons (FPCs) from Chosun Ilbo Newspaper Archive

This dataset consists of 1,035 JPEG files, encompassing 1,040 Four-Panel-Cartoon (FPC) objects. These were identified from a larger set of 47,777 files in the Chosun Ilbo Newspaper Digital Archives covering the period from 1920 to 1940, which can be accessed at https://newslibrary.chosun.com/. The image extraction process was automated using the YOLOv5_FPC model, a fine-tuned iteration of the YOLOv5 model.
