This study aimed to understand the resistance phenotype and genotype of carbapenem resistant A.baumannii (CRAB) strains in ICU of a tertiary hospital, and to perform drug-resistant gene and homology analysis based on whole-genome sequencing, providing a basis for hospital infection prevention and control and rational clinical drug use.
