Block Group Low Moderate 2000

A polygon layer of Miami-Dade Low-Moderate Block Groups. They are used to identify only those census block groups where 51% or more of the population is categorized as low-moderate. Census block groups with less than 51% of the population low-moderate are excluded from the layer (2000). The dataset was designed for the purpose of geographically identifying Census 2000 Block Groups that are eligible for Community Development Block Grants (DCBG).
