In-Plane and Out-of-Plane Magnetotransport Data of Two-Dimensional NiBi₃ Thin Films

This dataset supports the results presented in the article “Violation of the Spin-Paramagnetic Limit in Two-Dimensional NiBi₃”. The datasets correspond to Figures 2 and 4 of the manuscript and include normalized magnetotransport measurements as a function of magnetic field and temperature. Specifically, the out-of-plane (OP) and in-plane (IP) magnetotransport datasets are provided for samples S1 and S2. The data are provided in processed and normalized form and include the variables used to extract the upper critical field and analyze the violation of the spin-paramagnetic limit discussed in the paper.
