资源简介:
Air temperature, water temperature, and specific conductance of water were continuously measured with data loggers (measurement interval = 30 min.) from 2014 to 2024 at six wadeable stream sites throughout Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area (n = 3) and New River Gorge National Park and Preserve (n = 3). Data loggers were deployed at stream reaches where benthic macroinvertebrate, fish, and streamside bird communities have been monitored by the National Park Service since 2014. These data were collected as part of a multi-agency Regional Monitoring Network of reference (i.e., relatively undisturbed) streams throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Sites were selected based on their high degree of ecological integrity as inferred from previous biological surveys. Methods followed existing protocols that were consistent with approaches used throughout the Regional Monitoring Network.
