Manual Calculation of Pharmaceutical Inventory Logistic

This data consisted of detailed drug inventory logistic set at RA Basoeni Hospital, Mojokerto. The research question was to identify the efficient and effective drug inventory planning method taking into consideration the opportunity lost and opportunity cost of stagnant and shortage drugs. EOQ and MMSL had been selected as the methods for comparison with the existing consumption method. We found EOQ produced the lowest opportunity cost for stagnant drugs and the lowest opportunity loss for shortage drugs.
