Mutational Analysis of the <i>RB1 </i>Gene in Patients with Unilateral Retinoblastoma

This study aims to perform a mutational analysis of the RB1 gene using Next Generation Sequencing to investigate RB1 gene mutations in Jordanian patients with unilateral Retinoblastoma. This study will evaluate the implications of these mutations for genetic counseling and prognosis by determining the correlation between RB1 mutations and clinical outcomes, including eye salvage, metastasis, and survival.
