FAB Mass Spectral Data for N-(1-Amino-2,2,2-trichloroethyl)carboxamides

This dataset contains fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectra of N-(1-amino-2,2,2-trichloroethyl)carboxamides. The spectra were recorded on a VG7070 mass spectrometer operating in the positive ion mode. Samples were dissolved in 3-mercaptopropane-1,2-diol and introduced directly onto the FAB probe. Ion desorption was achieved using an 8 keV argon atom beam. The spectral data are provided in JCAMP-DX (.jdx) format, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of mass spectrometry software packages and data-processing tools. These files contain original experimental spectra and may be used for structural characterization, and comparative studies involving compounds containing the N-(2,2,2-trichloroethyl)carboxamide moiety.
